Windward at Lakewood Ranch by Neal Communities has 16 floorplans to choose from spanning 4 unique home collections. Unfortunately, there is not a model of each floorplan, but we wanted to highlight some of the most popular plans to build with models from other Neal communities nearby! Today’s video brings you the Kiawah model from the Coastal series. This is the largest floorplan you can build in Windward at Lakewood Ranch. The base floorplan is 4 bedrooms, den, 3 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage with a HUGE covered lanai space, coming in at 2,907 square feet. BUT they have options to add a second floor with up to 2 more bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a loft space. This adds another 750 square feet or so to the house and allows for plenty of space for the entire family! Windward at Lakewood Ranch is opening their amenity center SOON, which features resort style pools, tennis, pickleball, dog parks, a fitness center, playground, walking trails throughout the community, and a lifestyle director to plan events for residents. (The model shown in this video does not have the second floor and is built in Grand Park, a Neal community in Sarasota.)
